Transmission fluid question

I have a T45 whats the best fluid to use I've heard good things about Royal Purple Syncromax but not sure what to use

Red line ATF. Go to TREMECS website for proper fill level. The days of fill it till it runs out are gone. IMO Royal Purple is NO BUENO!!!
