you cant change the state plate in this edition i have no idea why not. they have all the cars gt500 saleen, gt's and a bunch more

the old ones were this one is a little bit better but win to many races and the game starts to cheat you in many ways

That last one I have played was MNC 3, it only had the Saleen and they didn't even call it a Mustang, I turned that shit off real quick. LOL
