Tremec T5 Transmission problems?

I'm hoping I can get another one done before the warranty is up in 3/2011.

I should have close to 90k on it by then.
I'll have to start working on it

I don't think on a premiumcare extended warranty there's a limitation on transmissions. I paid $2200 for up to 90k or 3/2011
I'm gonna be a little pissed if I blow a trans and they jerk me around about it.

Anyone with the TR3650 tranny and has grinding into 2nd and 3rd, rough shifting, etc. should look up Ford Technical Service Bulletin TSB-09-9-6. This describes the problem, the fix and the parts needed. If your warranty is still good and you have the symptoms, Ford should fix it.

ford wouldnt touch it for me. had 55k on it when it screwed up the 2nd time
