During a private ceremony at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum in Pomona, California, Carroll Shelby unveiled his latest creation, a street legal 800 horsepower Shelby GT500 Super Snake Prudhomme Edition Mustang. The limited edition GT500 Super Snake is a collaboration between Carroll Shelby and Don "The Snake" Prudhomme who successfully drove a Top Fuel car for Shelby in the 1968 NHRA season. At the heart of this menacing looking Shelby GT500 is a 5.4-liter V-8 upgraded with a Kenne Bell Supercharger.
The Shelby GT500 Super Snake Prudhomme edition is a post title add-on package for 2007-2010 Shelby GT500 owners with it being limited to just 100 copies. To add this package to your Shelby GT500 it will set you back $100K.
