What is this noise?

Hey I recently took a video of my car making a nasty sounding noise from near the tranny / back of engine. Here is the video.

it sounds like the flywheels is scrapping against something. Can you see anything thru the clutch fork opening? When you were turning the car by hand, I thought maybe the starter was seized, but then I saw that you started the car later on the video and it started fine.
Which flywheel and clutch is in there? what tranny? which bellhousing?
