Roush’s supercharger system for the 2011+ Mustang’s 5.0L V8 offers an impressive 540 horsepower and 465 lb-ft torque, an improvement of 128 horsepower and 75 lb-ft torque compared to the stock figures. The 2.3-liter TVS supercharger isn’t nearly tapped out at that point, though, leaving room for tuners to step in and increase the boost. That’s where Indiana-based Brenspeed comes in. The performance shop has announced that they have developed a new performance package based around the Roush TVS supercharger system that offers up 650 horsepower* and 585 lb-f torque, nearly doubling the improvement made by the standard Roush system.
Included in the Brenspeed package are all the necessities including a high-flow fuel rail with 47-lb fuel injectors, a twin 60mm throttle body, air-to-water intercooler system, low restriction air induction system, fuel system upgrade, colder spark plugs and more. An SCTX3 tuner is also included with a Brenspeed tune that is proven to be safe and reliable.
You can see more details about the supercharger package as well as a video detailing the upgrades below.
