Has anyone here smoothed their shock towers? What is the preferred method of doing this. Ive had some trouble welding some of the sheet metal due to inconsistent material thickness, if I owned a TIG welder this wouldn't be an issue. Thanks guys for any advise.
Its a pain in the ass, its your worst nightmare, you cant sleep at night knowing more needs to be finished doing it, it makes your friends think you need therapy because how frustrated you get over every little thing... but.... Its worth it
A little late , but I hammer and dolly all the small holes and weld them. All Metal is a great product to go over welds and small holes before the Tiger hair/duraglass. ScottRods panells took just over 3 weeks to ship to us around Thanksgiving, madeit easier, but was TO'd about the wait.
