full synthetic whatever you run.. its more money but worth it , and if your like me and spontaneously forget to change yer oil.. lol it helps to have an oil in there that takes longer to break down and shit.

I would run 5-30 royal purple with a fram oil filter I use it in my 306 and used it in my previous 302 that was stock internals works excellent hands down
