she is the inline 4 cyl. and well... my poor girl runs rough @ idle to high r's and every where in-between. very poor mpg!!
new >> altinator; cap; plugs; rotor; wires... (typical tune up routine) new head gasket; burns a small ammount of oil; stalls ramdomly...
takes for ever to get up to speed; if i come in to contact with any kind of hill i might as well just pack my bags and walk up the hill...

I'm no expert but it sounds like you have a serious situation. Have you done a compression test?

FRONT TO BACK... 130 > 133 > 128> 130 PSI a lil low but should be decent enought to run from what ive heard.
what gets me is that if it was just low compression it would run normal but not have power to get up and go
my car spits; sputters; stumbles; and has very bad get up and go lol
