Looking to get an alaram w/ GPS tracking

I will make some calls today and see what I come up with.
I have lo-kac and I don't pay a thing. It came with the car when I bought it, maybe I better call and see if it is still active.
The only thing I can think of is the satellite tracking used on trucking companies. No matter what you go with, you are gonna have to pay a service.

I prefer the car chip system because one its cheaper and two logs data from your car yuo have to pay separate for the gps antenna, This is the system hulk hogan used to track his daughter on her date.

Any alarm with the C3 prefix will do this for you with the addition of the C3 module. I work as a salesman at a shop in BK and this is a hot seller.
You get all the features of an alarm (lock, unlock, immobilizer, remote start, etc) and with the C3 module and the C3 app, you can track your car, set geofences, set speed limits, etc from your phone or computer.

Thank you, this looks like some really good stuff. However I do not need all the bells and whistles that this has, rather an alarm with a GPS tracker in it. I don't really need or want the remote start (I have a manual car and it resides in the garage).
I'm looking for a GPS unit that I do not have to pay monthly for. I would be able to install it myself and track it myself from my cell phone using Google Maps or Bing. Do you know of any GPS devices like this?

All GPS tracking systems for cars, to my knowledge at least incur either a monthly or yearly fee. Most shops or companies offer rebates or savings that equal to your first 6 or 12 months free. Autopage remote starts are compatible to safely start a manual. Unfortunately all current C3 compatible systems include remote start, you dont need to hook it up though. VTAC GPS (www.vtacgps.com) is a stand alone GPS, yearly subscription though. GPS systems are fairly easy to install, as are alarms on SN95's. If you can splice wires and red digrams you'll be ok.

Look into this. I have this in my viper. Works great. Log into your account on any pc and watch your car. You pay $99.00 per year though. Well worth it!
