i have a thunking in my mustang.what is it?

hi, when i hit bumps and some times when i shift in 1st or 2nd gear.also thuds everytime i go in reverse all the way. theres a load thud of metal hitting metal.theres no lights on only abs and that i dont know why.?any help with this would be great.also i am in need of a drivers side skirt and a front bumper.so if anyone has one i could use them.message back or hit me with a text about this 953 7849

hard to say with 121K miles could be a number of things ......get under the car and take a look see if anything looks broke or not right .....idk just my

could be your exhaust hitting too ... mine used to do the same thing ... the h or y pipe hitting the bottom of the fire wall ... Check your motor mounts too
