Hurricane Sandy Aftermath Pics - Far Rockaway and Bay Ridge

After the hurricane, I took a walk around my neighborhood and took pics of some downed trees. The damage wasn't all that bad. My gf's parents live in Far Rockaway... which is a completely different story. They have no water, electricity, or cellphone service.

Yeah, very hard to look at...What pisses me off are the comments you see on the News stories from the Katrina and southerners that we have no backbone in NY/NJ because this was not a bad storm in their eyes..Just pathetic.. :nono:
