How low did you go

I am looking to buy a set of springs for my 89 gt. Was wondering what everyone was using and any problems from lowering too much. I want a decent ride, and I want to put it on the lift without any jacking up. What brand should I use? I was thinking about the Ford Racing set from LRS. Thats only a .5 inch drop. Any thoughts? I was also going to get the urethane isolators.

what is your stock ride height from ground to top of each wheel well opening? (front and rear) ive got bbk lowering springs on mine but they were installed before i bought the car...perfect drop in my opinion but i dont know how much they lower the car ...if you can provide me with your stock ride height ill get mine and let you know how much mine is lowered.

I don't know the stock ride height. I have not drive my car yet. I have replaced almost everything on the car except suspension stuff. The springs are really saggy, someone put helpers in the rear. Everything on my car was shot.
