Few questions about the mustang

1. Is it normal for the clutch to get stiffer/harder to push down if I were to say shift at like 4k rpm and on?

2. Ever since I got an alignment...when I turn the wheels to the left and back up, whether in gear or not there is a loud pop under the right wheel.

What could it be?

no, the clutch should feel the same whether you shift at 1500rpms or 6500rpms. maybe something with the pressure plate or the input shaft.

and as far as the popping, is the car lowered? does the steering whell move at all and/or is it hard to turn when you're backing out?

the car is lowered and no and no for the other questions. it only feels stiffer in 1st and sometimes 2nd
