Clutch Problem

When my car is idling it chatters but when I push the clutch in it stops. Is it the clutch or something else? Thanks for any input.

U need to release the automatic clutch adjustment, it's chocking up the pressure plate on your clutch system

I think the transmission dead, because i can put in tird gear and nothing happens.

The front bearing retainer may be worn. Happens all the time.

Yeah when engine is running, I can put it in third gear without having to push the clutch in and nothing happens. But it is weird that when i push the clutch in the chatter goes away.
