A/C problem can anyone know of a good shop?

The A/C is not working well the compresser is go on and off. I called Mustang Magic they don't fix A/C. Anyone know of good shop that works on air conditioning on Long Island?

the compressor is supposed to cycle on and off

It is cycling on a off very fast and the air is not getting cold the air is cooler then the outside but not as it should be.
