Got my wideband in today: Going to be learning how to tune with the help of a friend with Moates tuning.

Got the fan installed and functional. Just need an on-off-on switch to enable the 2 speeds. Also got the new 255LPH pump installed, removed the old 190LPH. Pictures of the old crap removed. I was in top gear putting the new in so no pics.

Finally wired up my fans (temporarily again). Wiring isn't my best but will get me by. Luckily most of it will be hidden, still need to get a few wire loom push pins going across the top. Using all junkyard parts to get me by for another year. Next winter I will purchase a stand alone PWM fan...

Began stripping the old loom and electrical tape off the new Mercury Cougar wiring harness. Realized I forgot to grab the Fan resistor (goes in the little orifice in the fan shroud). Will have to pick one or two up. Its for the low speed setting that will now work with the 2 speed volvo relay.

Picked up the new fan harness, a second Volvo relay for backup and a battery tie down to jerry rig back onto my cut battery tray.

Well tank removal didn't happen. Being sick slowed me down. I think I am going to hold off on getting the Derale PWM fan controller. I think this will be on next winters wish list. I'm getting near my money cap for this season now that I need to purchase some items for the re-tune. And the tune...

Finally got my intake parts. Only took a week and a half.... Hope to start tank removal this weekend and replace the fuel pump.

Thanks! I am trying to decide if I want to go cheap and use the Volvo junkyard relays or get a Derale variable controller. Those things are sweet units, soft start.
