Hi Matt, If you have any questions about converting the 6cyl to an 8cyl just ask I just did it on my wifes 65 Fastback. You will have to replace the front spindles for a V-8, & the rear for a V-8. I went with bigger rear drum brakes from a 1987 Ford Crown Vic, a bolt in swap.

Julie, I have heard from some of the guys on VMF that the repo doors for the 69/70 are quite good I believe some have used them with good results & I need to get one for my 69 Coupe. As far as the dash top the Ford tooling one I heard is very good repo. Hope that helps. Now that it is warming...
