I don't know much about the 2v but if I can remember correctly I remember hearing the most for stock internals was some where around the 450 mark but im not 100% ... Some one please correct me if I am wrong thanks :D

I think it is usually 15-20% loss

Considering 15% parasitic loss I would say around 350 ish?
