Nah you should be fine. Just switch to synthetic and run one quart through before you fill it up. Did it with my truck and it runs fine. Synthetic makes it easier to tear down the motor in the future.

Yeah i stay far away from castrol motoroil myself. I go with mobil 5000 or Valvoline synthetic. The only reason my mustang is running 5w20 is ford will only use that motoroil in my car. Since the oilchanges are free i stick with it for now.

Yeah a 70mm will do wonders to your car. Nothing like a supercharger/turbo but enough you will feel it. Surprised me to see my car v6 has a 70mm throttle body on it. I put the CAI and already has the dual exhaust so it will run with most cars if i keep the rpms up in the 3-4k.
