flavadave is right its a pro 5.0 smog pump delete pulley. ive also seen them rigged up to be a/c deletes too. and ive never herd it called a pollution pump...always a smog pump...if your facing the front bumper of the car the smog pump is usually down and to the left. most people just bypass it...
