My bad, should have been more specific on the application. It is out of a 04 GT and located on the driverside kick panel. The motor harness ect are being used in a fox. Just trying to figure out if I can do away with it.

So if I'm not utilizing power windows, locks or seats, then I don't need it?

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to figure out what it actually does, since it is actually going into a fox. The car starts and moves without it...and I am in the process of doing the interior, just installed the carpet and can't go any further without some info.

I believe it might be called the chassis control box. I need to know what it is and what it does, and do I really need it. It is part # YR33-14B205-AB

Haven't updated the thread in a while. Fuel system is in, brakes ar good. and we just put the motor back in over the weekend. She runs. Some vids below. Running with catless X-pipe no mufflers

I have a set of 24lb injectors that came off of a 96 cobra that I picked up. I am not going to use them now, I paid $100, I'll take $65
