sad day for my engine
Being the original engine, you should explore saving it. Especially since it was running. As others have said, it doesn't look that bad. If the engine has never been rebuilt, you should have enough material to be able to bore the cylinders to round again.- mabcim

Hello fellow Mustang owners
Thanks. In the process of putting it back to together. Had the engine rebuilt and I rebuilt the tranny. Stripped and painted the underneath (still need to do from teh axle back). Have the engine & tranny back in, but still have many little parts to re-paint and get put back in.- mabcim
