In NYS, for that age car, the registration is the title. If you look at the registration for your current Mustang, you will see it says "Non-transferable". The ones for these old cars say "Transferable". So if the car is from NY, you need that registration; as that is the title. If the car is...- mabcim

Change Oil Light in Extreme Cold
Did you check the Info to see if the % was low? You could have been close when you parked it and you just happened to go over the line. It is supposed to be smart enough to lower it faster for cool weather starting, but don't know how accurate its logic is. All cars smell odd from time to time...- mabcim

Yeah, that is what I was thinking when you mentioned that idea. I was going between Scott Drake and Eaton. And after a ton of reading, Eaton seemed to be the best way to do. It turns out there were many springs from 64-66, and the springs get impacted by body style, engine, A/C and tranny. And...- mabcim

Welcome. I do not think those were a factory option, the previous owner must have put them on. If you angle them down a bit (if possible) that might help.- mabcim

I am still running drums. Being a 64 1/2 with all original sheet metal, I have been trying to keep it as stock as possible (at least only do things that could have been done in 64 by the dealer). I just cruise with the car, so I don't need anything fancy. But since MCA rules allow dual master...- mabcim

Unheated garage, so no work going on here. I have been working on re-doing the underneath. Stripping off the 50 yr old junk and painting everything, running new steel lines front to back, freshening up the springs to hopefully get a better ride height, changing the rear brake hose location to...- mabcim
