Wow 14 people in one vehicle. I think with a time penalty like that you're about an hour late to every checkpoint before you even start. The GPS means nothing. Its honor system. Anyone can have a GPS hidden in their glove comp and so many new cars have it that we dont do anything about it...

Mt Kisco (mount kisco) is off the Saw Mill in Westchester, about 10 min north from the Bronx/Yonkers border. And it is a TON of fun.
