Found what I consider to be some systemic deficiencies....going to do a full tune-up, then try again

Ok....everything lines up...now, idle was crap, so I bumped it up a hair so it would run, took it for a quick, come back, same sypmtom

Or have I now gotten myself into an entirely different set of needed adjustments now that the timing is correct? (assuming it is)

Well, no warning lights....I don't have the V1 computer (yet :))

I looked at what I typed, and yeah....runs great at 10 degrees ATDC....the balancer has been replaced (not by me), and I just set it to 10 BTDC (w/Spout off) like the rest of the world, and it did fire, but dies. Drinking early today

Afternoon folks....I have the 86 GT (Pictured), stock 302/5Spd. The thing really does not want to start when hot. I thought maybe it was warming and most parts were stock so I went ahead and replaced: - Water pump - Thermostat - Fan - Fan Clutch - Starter Running MUCH cooler now, so...

I did check my local (within 250 miles) craigs...and I am bidding on one on eBay, but I think its going to go out of reach :)

Hey Folks...just testing the waters. I'd like to get my grubby mits on a Cobra Convertible, stock, 95 and up. Prefer black or white, but would entertain anything as long as it was in my budget (undefined at this point :)) Just seeing what's out there Thanks! LP

Hey Folks...my GT has the stock 10 holes on it, and they are in great shape. I have seen a few for sale here and there with the outward facing surfaces polished to a nice shine. I'm familiar with the various compounds and buffer usage, so what would the correct product/process be to bring those...

Oh yeah...won my class with my 69 Torino GT a few years back, but bringing the four eye this year
