You still need the 05' up style maf plug spliced in (solder no butt connectors) The iat is built into the 05 up sensor. You have to wire up all 6 pins.
Im not a fan of the 76mm housing because you then have a shit load of couplers right near the meter and those ridges do disrupt airflow...
All you need to do is order a BA5000 or a PMAS HPX and have a saddle welded right to the pipe. It will be cleaner looking and unrestrict airflow with the lack of a million couplers right near the meter. Run the meter on the backside of the straight closer to the TB. You want as much straight...
Hey Chuck,
Thanks for the interest in getting work performed by us.
In regrads to your car, NYS inspection is strange. Ill have to take a peek at what was done on the OBD2 monitor side to ensure you keep your "passed" status for future inspections (as long as laws stay the same).
NJ is...
The ba2400 will not work in your application, it will not have enough range. Also the bosch bypass is too small for the application. Its even too small in the stock application....but they use them due to $$$$.
Mini race minimum, and the pipe work setup correctly and maf/maf placement crucial.
Setting up a blow thru setup is crucial for the car to run right. You need MAF placement to be perfect as well as the right maf choice.
Ditch the tial shit, thats for turbos and they have very slow response time, You need eith a mini race or mondo, or just go right with the procharger big...
im sure they just did a read off a boss with track key and copied it. Ford may allow this. I know theres the other tunes circulating still but Ford got real pissed early on. I dont care for it, it affects the fueling at idle and will only come into affect if the vehicle is at a complete stop.
Ford put a squash to anyone "offering" the lopey idle tune. All parties involved were asked to cease and desist. Im sure Ford would have an issue if motor failures could be tied to it. The track key idle is no where as aggressive as some of the tunes floating around out there. I just had a...

You are protected under the M-M Act, but there is also stipulations to protect the maker of the vehicle. Lets not make this into a mud slinging coversation about "dealers" sucking. I personally NOW work out of one and enjoy the benefits of running the performance aspect of it while also...
Depending on what failures occur on the vehicle, the warranty will still be in tact, but if you per say "pop the trans" from excessive gear banging etc...thats the grey area. Ford isnt to keen anymore with people abusing warranty at there expense.
depending on how the install is it can take as quick as 5 hrs and as long as 12hr. Ford has special tools we can use to "slap them in quick" but thats as long as the chains don't drop or pop off the sprockets below.
