Looks more like race out there to me. The chance of rain seems to be limited to brooklyn. Even changing the zip code to queens nearly eliminates the chance of rain. Once I started looking at Nassau zip codes I still see no rain in the forecast. Montauk looks to be about 70 and dry on Sunday. Since we will all be on the road so early it should be ok. The Brooklyn and Staten Island people who are afraid of a little water might want to race home though lol. Of course the chance of rain is only 30% and they consist of isolated T-storms... sounds to me like the afternoon results of a warm day. I'd say at worst brooklyn will get a 10 minute t-storm in the afternoon time and then dry out.

so i wont know deff till sat afternoon if im going now, my car decided she didnt want to start on me monday and i have been trying to get someone to look at it , so sat i will try to jump start it , or replace the starter which i just did a year in half ago .. i will keep you posted sat deff will know i ws almost in tears if i couldnt go but i should be up and running sat
i can't tell what year your stang is... i know obviously 94-98. is it a 5.0 or a 4.6 strangely enough i've owned both motors but neither in a stang
I had a 92 Mark VII LSC with the 5.0 HO and a 97 Mark VIII LSC with the DOHC 4.6
I've experience with the starter on the 5.0 but only ever examined the one on my 4.6.... although I still have my shop manuals for both cars IIRC. If you need help let me know and i'll give whatever advice I can.
ACK.... just looked you up... its a six... sorry. No manuals on those.... no experience with em either. Although if I had time I'd be able to swap that starter out. I'll be in my driveway detailing my car tomorrow. Can't cruise with a filthy ride. I still have the numbers from the track on the windows lol.
